Open Start -> Click Run -> type CMD and hit Enter

type netsh firewall set icmpsetting 8 enable and hit Enter <  to enable

type netsh firewall set icmpsetting 8 disable and hit Enter < to disable

Done.

On UI

ENABLE PING

DISABLE PING
